Estimates provided are based on visual inspection and information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required or if conditions differ from the initial assessment. Any changes to the scope of work will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.

WARRANTY

Elite Chimney stands behind our work. Specific warranty terms vary by service and will be provided in writing. Warranties do not cover damage caused by weather events, improper use, lack of maintenance, or other factors beyond our control.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
